  • This position is a 2 month (60 Day) term fixed contract with the possibility to extend or become full time

Accountabilities:


  • Administer metering Installation Inspection documentation
  • Support PMs with assembly of SE04 packages
  • Scheduling meter technicians and work
  • Perform quality checks on controlled records and documentation and prepare installation inspection certificates
  • Support Issuing Purchase Orders and process invoices for project managers
  • Prioritize work load due to diversity of tasks which have varying levels of time sensitivities
  • Mandatory position Level Testing when hiring new employees
  • Support with contacting customers/site contacts for suiteaccess
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of INS department
  • Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking hotels, flights, cars, restaurant reservations
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Liaison between INS and MDM/OPS for monitoring and tracking partials (attachment meeting actions)
  • Support PMs with EPIT/EPS updates and maintenance

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years prior progressive experience in planning and scheduling;
  • Strong organizational/planning skills;
  • Strong team player that creates key partnerships between teams;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication;Highly motivated, proactive;
  • Excellent organizational skills required to manage numerous tasks on different projects at the same time;
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems an asset
