You will be an integral part of TELUS teams that manage the onboarding and maintenance of pharmacies on the TELUS Health system as well as the maintenance of drugs, formularies, and other DIN-based lists.


Here's how

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide relevant, comprehensive responses to inquiries
  • Work with team management to design simple solutions in order to solve complex business problems
  • Gather and document business requirements and impact
  • Actively participate in project meetings and speak to the business needs
  • Define, recommend and build opportunities to automate existing systems processes
  • Perform indepth pharmacy investigations
  • Present required information to clients as necessary

Qualifications:


Required Experience:


  • Knowledge of claim adjudication principles
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management experience is an asset
  • Proven ability to collect requirements and document business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Data analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Requirement gathering & strong coordination skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external customers
  • Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong analytical problemidentification, and problemsolving skills
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on performance and utilization data
  • Capable and willing learner who proactively researches solutions to business challenges
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset

Education:


  • University Degree or related College Diploma in Health Science, Computer Science or Business/Commerce

Required Experience:


  • 23 years in comparable role
  • Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management experience an asset
