ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with monitoring and stocking contents in fastenal machines, printers and other equipment as needed
  • Assist with PO management
  • Printing, scanning, tracking
  • Assist with coordinating operations appreciation events
  • Order Warehouse supplies when needed
  • Approve invoices/complete orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Data entry & Incentive tracking
  • Support operational programs and travel management between DC's
  • Supporting and assisting with Warehouse Payroll using Kronos and Workday
  • Run regular warehouse reports (shift/day/week/month year end)
  • Ability to cover other Clerks
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, shift days and times may fluctuate based on the needs of the business, overtime may be required

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Adheres to the mission and cornerstone values and applicable practices of the organization
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a high level of accuracy and followthrough on given tasks
  • Must have exceptional problem solving abilities
  • Excellent Attendance is an asset
  • Proficiency in WMS, Kronos, Workday
  • Must exhibit a professional communication mentality with a focus on developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers
