Reports to:
Senior Manager, IT Service Management


Responsibilities include working on IT Service Management modules for Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management, Client portal (DWP) and Service Asset and Configuration Management.

Aid with create/edit workflows, work on service management enhancements, guide and drive change via our implementation partner, lead and test platform patching/updates with vendor, etc.

Be an advocate and work with IT leaders on coaching, develop and implement maturity initiatives, and drive automation or productivity enhancements where possible.


Minimum Qualifcations and Skills Post-secondary degree or diploma Computer Science (or related education) 4-7 years' experience in information technology 2-3 years' experience in BMC Helix/BMC Remedy/Service Now configuration Must certified in ITIL foundation.

Additional ITIL or ITSM certification not required but helpful BMC Helix administration
