Position:
Full Time Dental Receptionist


Responsibilities:


  • Work alongside a senior dental receptionist
  • Provide luxury customer service with exceptional interpersonal and phone call etiquette
  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage patient billing and insurance claims
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:


  • Experience working in luxury customer service environment
  • No experience as a dental receptionist needed
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing attitude, with a genuine passion for patient care
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset

$17.00-$27.00 per hour
