Production Support Executive

Skills Required:


  • 8+ years' experience in Service management and production support area
  • Handson experience on Unix system and understanding of Unix bash commands and shell scripts

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Create Service Now tickets for productions issues as well as tasks for internal Support teams
  • Run reports, investigate and trouble shoot Service Now tickets entered by business users
  • Plan, communicate and coordinate changes in the development and production Environment via the Change Management system
  • Involved in DR testing for development environments and Production
  • Work closely with offsite vendors, running basic SQL queries to resolve production issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision
  • Participate in Application testing and verification, update production support documentation as needed

Tools and Technology:


  • ServiceNow monitoring tool
  • BMC Control-M
  • AUTOSys
  • NDM, SSH, SFTP, FTP and HTTPS

Salary:
$50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:


  • Production support: 8 years (required)
  • UNIX: 5 years (required)
  • SQL: 5 years (required)
  • AutoSys: 4 years (required)
