We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager

Permanent Full-Time

What will be your role?
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage VHA's client billing.

You will oversee a team of approximately 6 staff and the Billing Supervisor and will be responsible for billing and collection activities at VHA.

Your duties will include creating reports, analyzing data, identifying lost revenue, collecting payments, and implementing revenue cycle management (RCM) strategies to minimize losses.

Other duties include providing mentorship and feedback to billing team members and helping facilitate communication with other departments when needed.

You may also prepare adhoc reports and conduct other activities as required by management.

Key skills, experience and behaviours required for this position:

You are a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with strong financial analysis skills, well organized and able to prioritize conflicting demands and deliver within tight deadlines.
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a financial analyst or related role, preferably in the Health Care industry.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with mentoring and leading a team.
Ability to evaluate billing processes and procedures and maintain documentation.
Demonstrate a commitment to client and family centered care.
