We are building out a new and innovative Clinical Education portfolio where you will have an integral role in moving projects forward such as our interdisciplinary education conference, a new simulation centre and the development of a centre of excellence


Title:
Project Manager, Nursing Projects


Salary:
$97,462 - $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract:
Term - April 1, 2025

Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)

Location:
Anywhere in BC - Hybrid/Remote option depending on location


About the role

As Project Manager, Nursing Projects you will be - embarking on a journey to expand support for clinical education and leadership development for clinicians working with First Nations communities in BC.


This includes projects such as:

  • Overseeing the Interdisciplinary Health Education Conference
  • Supporting planning for clinical simulation center
  • Support development of a Center of Excellence: Clinical Leadership and Clinical Education

About you
To be successful in this role you will have

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business/Health Informatics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of recent direct Project Management experience in managing healthcare service delivery projects

Occupational Certification

  • Certificate in Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.

You may have experience in;

  • Proven supervisory and management experience
  • Proven experience in managing large scale projects,
  • Proven experience in risk management and change management

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.


As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
