- Extensive experience in the industrial manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and operations
- Experience as a trainer or in managing continuous improvement projects
- Passion for teamwork, resource optimization, skills management and lean manufacturing principles (an asset)
- Curiosity, servant leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and adapt to change
- Ability to work with various IT tools (Office Suite, ERP)
- Master both French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
