Title:
Ski Instructor, Snowboard Instructor, Race Coach (SKIINS, SKIIL2, SKIIL3)

Reports to:
Snow School Coordinator or Head Race Coach

Summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsnow ski/snowboard group lessons, weekday school programs, or private lessons
  • In the case of coaches, provide training in racing techniques, tactics, gate training, and course management
  • Work with guests of all ages, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Provide constructive guest feedback to inspire and cultivate lifelong skiers and riders
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in all workrelated commitments

Requirements:


  • Minimum CSIA, CASI, AOA-CSCF Instructor Level 1 certification, or an intention to obtain it before the start of programs
  • Advanced skiers and snowboarders without formal qualifications will be considered for the Assistant Instructor Training Program, with the goal of obtaining the necessary certification by the end of the season
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the Snow School schedule
  • Possession of a reliable mode of transportation
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work well with others

Working Conditions

  • The role requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
  • Standing for long periods of time is expected during instructional sessions
