Machine Operator - Cornwall, Canada - FCM Recyclage / Recycling Inc.
Description
Responsibilities
- Operate the production line;
- Feed shredder with bale of plastic, or upper;
- Visually verify the output; ( Quality Control );
- Change and or turn the knife;
- Change screen in granulator and shredder;
- Perform regular maintenance (i.e. oil and grease, change parts, visual inspection etc.);
- Simple troubleshooting;
- Clean the line between difference production;
- Keep the line floor and working aera clean at all time;
- Other tasks that may be required.
Required qualifications and experience
- Have some knowledge in millwrighting;
- Good attendance;
- Must be in good physical condition (lifting and moving up to 50 lbs./ 23 Kg at a time) and standing throughout work shift.;
- Ability to work with tools;
- Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good hand to eye coordination.
- Operate a forklift and rotator;
- Load and off load trailer.

Salary:
From $16.92 per hour
