Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Ph.
D. in a humanistic discipline including a Modern Language, Classics, History or Philosophy. Demonstrable interest in Ancient, Medieval or Early Modern Culture.

Experience:
Minimum two years of University teaching experience at the undergraduate level in Europe or North America.


Position Summary:
A Course Lecturer assignment includes all or part of the following teaching activities:
a) preparation of the Course and Course plan;
b) delivery of the Course;
c) evaluation of students;
d) submitting to the University a report on student attendance and student grades;
e) supervision of Teaching Assistants or any other teaching support staff;
f) upon request, review of their students' grades;
g) meeting with students, being available to answer questions and give advice concerning Course content and requirements;


Employees shall perform their duties in compliance with the Pedagogical Regulation and as specified in the administrative directives of the Hiring Unit.

An Employee shall use appropriate pedagogical methods and material.
