Customer Service Rep


Culligan Water Regina has an exciting position available for an Customer Service Rep to join our fast paced, growing business.

This role provides administrative support and superior customer service to ensure the effective and smooth running of the day to day operations.


This person plays a very important role within the company as they are the first point of contact with our customers.

The person hired must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to multi-task and be very organized while still showing superior customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Data Entry
  • Answering multiline phone
  • Processing payments and orders
  • Delinquent account calls
  • Daily outbound Customer Service Calls
  • Calling sales leads as well as effective handling of inbound sales inquiries

Essential Requirements
This is NOT an entry level position.

  • On the ball: You are highly organized and able to prioritize and manage your time effectively.
  • Detail Oriented: You have an eye for the smallest detail and you have incredible accuracy
  • Strong Communicator: Not only can you clearly express your thoughts in conversation, you can also write and present in a persuasive and influencing manner.
  • Creative Problem Solver: You can think outside the box for solutions without fear or failure
  • Strong Listener: You seek to understand by asking questions in a nonjudgemental way.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment

Other Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with administrative procedures
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have a clear & enunciated speaking voice, as well as great phone etiquette
  • Minimum 2 years office experience
