Are you energetic and ready to be a part of a winning team? As a member of the Stadium Operations team, you will be part of delivering an amazing Fan Experience by playing a key role in assisting with field of play maintenance and conversions and grounds maintenance to provide the best stadium experience for all events.

This role requires a strong highly accountable individual to execute task delivery in a timely manner. You are required to work efficiently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.


This is a full-time, permanent (salaried) position where the hours are based around field activities and events at IG Field.

Events are primarily evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Your hours and days will vary based on business needs and could change at a moment's notice due to weather and task completion.


What you will do:


  • Execute Field of Play (FOP) painting, maintenance and paint removal to ensure field appears vivid and continuously maintained
  • Execute and coordinate seasonal staff on Field of Play setup and conversions between sports
  • Assist with equipment upkeep, maintenance and training
  • Assist with field snow clearing, stadium snow clearing and grounds maintenance
  • Assist with event preparation including set up and tear down, when required
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements:


  • Ability to work a highly variable schedule including: overnight, evenings, weekends, daytime and some holidays based on event schedules
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively, including strong verbal communication skills
  • Have a current valid driver's license to drive equipment such as: pick up truck with trailer, RTV/ATV, zeroturn lawnmower, field scrubbers, etc.
  • Experience with operating and maintaining equipment with small engines
  • A strong work ethic, an eye for detail and able to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and work within tight timelines
  • Be adaptable to changing shifts
  • Be a good team player who is aware of all team member roles and be conscious of the organization's mission and goals.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
