We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk Intern to support our Commercial & Strategic Partnerships and Marketing Team

This position is full-time for the Summer of 2024 (May to August), with flexibility to start as early as January


Key responsibilities:


  • Order and track approved equipment for the plazas
  • Order and track Smallwares for the plaza
  • Order and track Uniform orders for the plaza
  • Order and track Uline orders for the plaza
  • Proactively work with vendors to address issues relating to purchases, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Work closely with Operations team to resolve issues pertaining to purchase orders

Education and Experience required:


  • Excellent systems and MS Office knowledge (Excel, power point, word, power BI)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, analytical, methodical & rigorous
Hybrid-Remote position, with ~2 days per week in person at our Mississauga Office.
