    As a Senior Urban Planner, you'll will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive development planning experience and, at minimum has provisional membership with OPPI.

    Preference would be considered to those having previously or currently working within a consulting office setting including overseeing private development planning applications as the lead planner / project manager responsible for advancing applications.

    The candidate should have demonstrated a strong desire to build a career in planning, project management and business development.

    Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI's Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places' capabilities, and CRTKL's multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.

    Oversee planning related projects as the lead planner/project manager
    Responsible for overseeing and assigning work to other planning staff within thefirmand fostering the experience and growth of staff
    Prepare and over-see the completion of Planning Justification and Urban DesignReportsand various application forms and related planning research, letters and other planningrelated tasks as may be required
    Mentoring junior staff and encouraging a team environment
    Experience providing direct evidence to OLT will be considered an asset
    Business Development with contacts within the planning and land developmentprofession
    A Planning degree from an authorized university or equivalent with aminimum of 10 years of progressive development planning experience
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other planning related software and programs.
