As a Key Account Manager at Hatch Group, you will play a crucial role in promoting our dental equipment and building strong relationships with dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals, dental clinics, and key decision-makers.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Hatch Group's dental equipment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our dental equipment.
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
Quoting and Proposals:
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market conditions, competitor products, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and contribute to sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science is preferred or equivalent work experience/MBA Degree is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the dental equipment or medical equipment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Valid G driver's license is required.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and resultsdriven.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
- Access to Vehicle ( required )

Pay:
From $3,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5L 5R2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
