We are Hy-Grade, the leading manufacturer and installer of residential steel roofing in Ontario. With over 35 years of experience and over 17,000 roofs completed, we're passionate about both our product and our team. Now, we're looking for a goal-oriented individual to join us as a Sales Coordinator and play a crucial role in our continued success.


As our Sales Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, supporting our contracted Roofing Sales Consultants (RCs) in several ways:


  • Train new RCs: Equip them with the knowledge and skills to measure and quote accurately, ensuring they're set up for success.

Review measurements and quotes: Provide expert feedback on new RCs' work before it goes to the customer, guaranteeing quality and professionalism.

Be the RCs' go-to person: Answer their questions, address concerns, and offer guidance throughout their sales journey.

Monitor lead sustainability: Check in with RCs to ensure they're actively working leads and maximizing sales potential.

Visit installation sites: Gain firsthand experience and ensure projects are running smoothly.

  • Knowledge of reading blueprints and performing basic calculations.
