YOUR DAY IN THIS POSITION:
Under the supervision of the OHS Manager, this position will be responsible for:

Participating in the deployment of the strategic plan for occupational risk prevention
Conducting investigations and event analyses
Accompany employees in their return to work (gradual return, temporary assignment)
Participate in occupational health and safety committees and support their development
Support the engagement plan and participate in the engagement committee
Organize activities within the framework of the occupational health and wellness program;
Facilitate and support the implementation of training, job aids and other work methods
Carry out field audits to make diagnoses

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING INTERESTS, YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are studying in industrial relations in Québec
You are doing a mandatory internship as part as you studies
You have a keen interest in health and wellness in the workplace
You are autonomous and dynamic
You have a driver's license and a vehicle (must be able to travel to our SalaberrydeValleyfield site once a week).
