- This position will require someone who has 3-5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis. Hands-on experience in SQL/Oracle and process mapping tools (e.g. Demonstrate basic knowledge of different requirement gathering techniques and basic understanding of UI and design principles, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Hands on experience in following an Agile methodology.
- Exposure to SPLUNK, JIRA, HPSM, and/or SharePoint is an asset.
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter would be a asset.
- Understanding of basic testing techniques would be an asset.

ICBC's IS Claims Applications department requires a Business Systems Analyst to work on applications and environments which support the Claims business area.
This role will be responsible for tracking and managing and resolving incidents and problems from the use of IS Claims related applications which are related to complex and integrated corporate systems for internal and external customers.
