• Must have knowledge and experience in residential construction
• Minimum of 7 yrs Carpentry experience
• Knowledge or experience in framing and finish carpentry
• Ability to lead onsite team through renovation process while being a hands on carpenter
• Knowledge and experience in custom homes, additions and renovations
• Ability to read understand construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to coordinate subtrade scheduling
• Coordinate construction schedule
• Participate in site meetings with architects and clients
• Assist with estimating in collaboration with suppliers and subtrades
• Reporting any challenges or issues to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Must have driver's licence and own vehicle
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Own carpentry tools

Salary:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour
