Sous la direction du directeur, responsable de la création et de la maintenance de la base de données d'IQVIA.

Fonctions essentielles

S'assurer de l'exactitude et de l'opportunité des ajouts et des modifications au fichier maître commun grâce aux données provenant de sources internes et externes, tout en comprenant l'impact de la maintenance sur toutes les parties prenantes.
Résoudre les exceptions de la base de données des codes de fichiers assignés par la configuration et/ou la maintenance du fichier.
S'assurer que toute la maintenance effectuée est conforme aux règles et aux protocoles.
Effectuer une vérification quotidienne de la maintenance effectuée, appliquer les corrections nécessaires.
Prendre des décisions de manière indépendante et s'assurer qu'elles respectent les protocoles.
Surveille visuellement les données pour détecter toute tendance dans les informations mensuelles et trimestrielles sur les clients.
Tient à jour la documentation des procédures de contrôle de la qualité.

Qualifications:

Diplôme de bachelier deux (2) ans d'expérience professionnelle Req ou Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent avec quatre (4) ans d'expérience professionnelle dans les opérations de base de données IQVIA Req
Expérience de l'utilisation d'outils mainframe tels que JCL, SAS et IQVIAPACT Préf.
Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Bonne compréhension de l'industrie pharmaceutique et diagnostic des tendances.
Capacité à identifier/éliminer les problèmes répétitifs et à standardiser les processus en utilisant les outils de recherche existants et/ou en aidant à développer de nouveaux outils.

Researches and updates a reference database for use in global and national offerings in IQVIA worldwide.

Essential Functions

Research information for the creation of global database.
Analyze and interpret researched information by telephone and internet in relation to IQVIA's business rules.
Analyze changes in information and incorporates these changes in the IQVIA system/database.
Update existing global data systems with new and changed information to provide clients quality and accuracy.
Ensure the information created is correctly transferred into relevant systems, databases and client offerings.
May assess impact of data changes on regular client offerings.
May answer queries on global data (client and internal).
May assist in training of new data analysts.
May assist with scheduling and tracking creation of global reference data.

Qualifications:

College Degree or higher
Bilingual
French and English
Customer service/call center experience preferred
Good understanding of working on a database
Interest in the global pharmaceutical industry
