We are searching for an
experienced Line Cook specializing in general foods, meats, and seafood.

Our team's vision is to combine our passion for authentic Italian cuisine with our love of East Coast culture and hospitality.

We are looking for a seasoned Sous chef who is excited to become part of the team long-term Our sous chef must be passionate about providing high-quality dishes and be extremely comfortable and confident working side by side the head chef as well as with the team and our owner.

We expect this individual to have the highest of standards when it comes to food, safety and culinary experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working side by side the head chef
  • Ensuring the highest food quality and standards are met at all times
  • Supervising daily activities of the kitchen staff

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Excellent knifehandling skills
  • Applied wine and beverage knowledge
  • A minimum of 3 years of cooking experience in highvolume kitchens

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour
