    The Senior Product Owner assumes end-to-end ownership for various digital products by leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define and implement new features.

    You will be responsible to execute and drive the digital strategy roadmap ensuring we are
    Establish a close relationship with business stakeholders to ensure their requirements are translated into the right digital technology products

    • Work with engineering and product design teams to determine feasible technical solutions and reasonable implementation timelines
    • Engage day to day with the Agile teams writing and clarifying user stories, participating in delivery planning and reviews, backlog grooming and prioritization
    • Facilitate problem solving as required, working closely with design and development on implementation challenges
    • Work with support teams when there are client or system issues that require business input, investigation assistance or a development change to be made
    • Engage with analytics teams to establish, measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features
    • Manage engagement with bank stakeholders and effectively communicate product release contents and expected product capabilities/customer journey
    • Maintain an understanding of the wealth industry, stock trading, and trends in digital banking
    Industry designations an asset (e.g. Experience in brokerage, trading, or wealth management an asset
    -4+ years of previous work experience in product management, business analysis or in a related field

    • Experience working on transactional web and mobile products, preferably in the consumer space is a plus
    • Excellent project delivery skills, with proven accomplishments leading cross functional projects
    • Experience with Agile methodologies preferably Kanban
