Are you passionate about retail and ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment? Coriander Life & Coriander Style is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Position:
Full-Time Retail Sales Manager
Location: Collingwood, Ontario

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire our sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage store merchandising in both of our locations.
Hire and Train rockstar sales teams and keep them happy.
Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
