As the Product Manager, you'll have the rare opportunity to leverage product management, commercial aptitude, and industry experience with across IOT, telematics, remote monitoring and condition monitoring with a high level of empowerment to build a dynamic and customer centric offerings.


Responsibilities include but are limited to:

Product Strategy:

Developing and driving product strategy in alignment with the overall company vision and goals through market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying market opportunities to define the product roadmap.


Product Planning and Roadmapping:
Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the product's features, enhancements, and delivery timelines.

This involves prioritizing features based on customer and business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product roadmap aligns with the company's strategic objectives.


Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
Working closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and document product requirements. This includes defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to clearly communicate the product's functionality and features.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch. This involves coordinating efforts, facilitating communication, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.


Product Development and Execution:

Overseeing the product development process, ensuring that the product is built according to specifications, and managing the product lifecycle.

This includes conducting product reviews, tracking progress, and making adjustments as necessary.


Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new product releases. This includes creating marketing plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.


Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitoring the performance and success of the product in the market.

This involves analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance.


Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. This may involve conducting customer interviews, organizing user feedback sessions, and addressing customer concerns.


Competitive Analysis:
Conducting competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

This helps the product manager identify opportunities for differentiation and develop strategies to position the product effectively in the market.


Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

This involves attending conferences, participating in professional development activities, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance product management skills and knowledge.


Who you are:


  • Minimum 35 years of relevant product management experience
  • University degree in business, technical field or equivalent field
  • Experience in relevant industries including internet of things (IOT), telematics, remote monitoring or condition monitoring.
  • Prior record of success managing multiple product lines, including equipment and cloudbased software.
