Job Summary- This is a first-level Business Analyst role that will support the senior consultant, project lead, or direct manager to analyze business/policy requirements, provide recommendations and support the translation of these into requirements to implement them throughout the project life cycle.

Ability to lead some of the activities on projects characterized as low complexity, simple change with some communications elements to them and small to moderate business impact.

  • Protecting travellers and supporting those responsible for their safety is our business. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 4 operation centres in Australia.

  • So, what's the job?
  • Conducts the impact analysis of business changes across various components, holding an endtoend view of the impact to business process.
  • Provides input and prepares the Product document(s) as required under the guidance of an experienced analyst/project lead.
  • Understands customers ́ objectives, processes and products in order to make recommendations.
  • Acts as liaison between Business and IT, as assigned.
  • Communicates effectively through different mediums at all levels.
  • Extended Hours during Peak Periods/Shift Work, as required
  • Regular Predictable Attendance
  • Visibility in the Office, as required
  • Utilizes technology and analysis skills to assist in the tracking of projects through the product onboarding process.
  • Monitors progress of small projects throughout cycle; develops and maintains project documentation/materials (e.g. governance documentation, meeting materials, issue log, status updates, etc.).
  • Supports with announcements for product launches.

  • Bachelor's Degree


  • OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in Business, Insurance, Information Technology or related area

Preferred

  • 2 years previous business or quality analysis experience
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to analyze detailed documents
