Reporting to the Team Leader Runner, the Runner is responsible for the proper management of the proper preparation of ingredients and the line.

The Runner plays a key role in the reduction of missings, line productivity and waste management.


RESPONSIBILITIES - Runner

  • Ensure all dirty ladders, bins and sauce buckets are brought to dishpit without labels
  • Ensure all allergens are covered
  • Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and reduction of waste
  • Ensure sousvide stock is used first
  • Weigh all ingredients before the line starts to ensure there are no missings
  • Complete all required paperwork
  • Bring all the ingredients to the line at the appropriate place
  • Work closely with sousvide team to accurately manage and report leftovers
  • Flag any quality issues to the Team Leader
  • Follow HACCP and Allergen management requirements to avoid crosscontamination
  • Work with Continuous Improvement department to improve procedures
  • Follow all cleaning and operational procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES - Post Production Coordinator

  • Ensure all dirty ladders are brought to dishpit free of labels
  • Ensure all allergens are covered
and are in yellow bins

  • Weigh all wastes and notify QC
  • Work closely with sousvide team to accurately manage and report leftovers
on Teams

  • Clean labels and return to their appropriate place
  • Ensure good rotation of stock
  • Communicate with other TLs any important information (TL sauce
  • Recipe over, TL Veggie
  • Overs raw materials, etc.)
  • Flag any quality issues to Supervisor
  • Follow HACCP and Allergen management requirements to avoid crosscontamination
  • Work with CI department to improve procedures
  • Follow all cleaning and operational procedures

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong concern for Food Safety
  • Ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Resourceful and the ability to take initiative.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, while also being autonomous.
  • Must be able to adapt easily to unexpected events and general changes.
