Description

Responsibilities:


  • Data entry tasks utilizing programs including ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Manage ongoing communications with internal & external staff, vendors, and contractors.
  • Assist in record keeping, recording meeting minutes and other related tasks.
  • Perform inventory control related tasks using the ERP system software.
  • Support Purchasing with data entry related tasks.
  • Collect and compile operational data for analysis.
  • Assist in sourcing supplies for operations departments.
  • Assist in the part creation process and ERP system set up for various product types.
  • Work in conjunction with Operations Team Leads in updating Standard Operating Procedures and accompanying documents.
  • Perform procedures as outlined in the BOMImed Quality Management System.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work both independently and with teams
  • Positive language skills and ability to read others.
  • Working knowledge with ERP system, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience.
  • Data entry and analysis
  • Writing, editing, and formatting documents and spreadsheets
  • Experience working within an ERP system, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office 36
  • Business Admin diploma or similar degree/diploma is an asset
