Operations Associate - Winnipeg, Canada - BOMImed Inc
Description
Responsibilities:
- Data entry tasks utilizing programs including ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage ongoing communications with internal & external staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Assist in record keeping, recording meeting minutes and other related tasks.
- Perform inventory control related tasks using the ERP system software.
- Support Purchasing with data entry related tasks.
- Collect and compile operational data for analysis.
- Assist in sourcing supplies for operations departments.
- Assist in the part creation process and ERP system set up for various product types.
- Work in conjunction with Operations Team Leads in updating Standard Operating Procedures and accompanying documents.
- Perform procedures as outlined in the BOMImed Quality Management System.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work both independently and with teams
- Positive language skills and ability to read others.
- Working knowledge with ERP system, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of office experience.
- Data entry and analysis
- Writing, editing, and formatting documents and spreadsheets
- Experience working within an ERP system, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office 36
- Business Admin diploma or similar degree/diploma is an asset
