About the Position:
Operations Coordinators support our operations team with everything customer service, scheduling move in-move outs and suite inspections.
Working closely with the Building Manager, this role is primarily responsible oversight of the property and to ensure that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to Residents thereby ensuring that Hazelview is the preferred landlord of choice.
This is a contract position running from May to September.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Ensure that a superior level of cooperation, service and support is provided to residents
- Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests
- Be available to residents for general inquiries about living in their suite, building and community
- Receiving and scheduling service requests
- Responsible for "movein, moveout" procedures
- Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication is required. Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset

- A demonstrated high degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to accurately listen, understand and respond to issues appropriately
