The part time Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
This position offers 24 hours and is also eligible for Health and Dental benefits.Role Responsibilities
- Support local branches on marketing deliverable requests.
- Create social media content. Update and schedule social content calendar on monthly basis.
- Update and maintain the website via the CMS.
- Regularly update the intranet and internal video channel.
- Coordinate tradeshows, events and other marketing activities
- Maintain updated marketing database in marketing automation platform.
- Extract reports of marketing activities on regular basis (website performance, ppc performance, social media performance, internal communication engagement, etc.)
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
- 23 years prior marketing experience
- Basic content writing experience
- Prior CMS experience preferred
- Prior SharePoint experience preferred
- Prior Pardot/ HubSpot/ ZOHO experience preferred
- Experience using google analytics and AdWords preferred
