Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for constructing and installing cabinets and other wooden pieces. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in woodworking techniques and the use of various tools and equipment.


Duties:


  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials to build cabinets pieces
  • Operate power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers to shape and finish wood surfaces
  • Install hardware components such as hinges, handles, and knobs
  • Ensure that all cabinets pieces meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Move Ducting within the cabinet are if needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role
  • Proficiency in using power tools and woodworking machinery
  • Knowledge of different wood types and their characteristics
  • Familiarity with construction estimating techniques
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing
  • Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity

Pay:
$30.00-$36.00 per hour
