Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a high energy, experienced Pre-owned Manager to lead and grow our Sales Department at our following dealership:

Genesis Ottawa - 1 Laser Street

The Genesis Pre-owned Manager will be working directly with our General Sales Manager and Director of Sales to help lead the sales team to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain a well balanced Preowned vehicle inventory
Sell each car at maximum gross profit with minimum expense
Source & purchase Preowned inventory at reasonable a cost vs the wholesale market to maximize retail gross profit
Merchandise all Preowned inventory with detailed photos, descriptions, and set accurate pricing vs the retail market
Ensure and maintain an organized display of all Preowned inventory at all times
Ensure all Preowned inventory is properly reconditioned in a timely manner
Ensure vehicles are properly valued at all times vs the market and make the appropriate pricing adjustments regularly
Perform all potential trade appraisals and provide an accurate evaluation
Prepare weekly and monthly Preowned sales reports for executive staff
Desk all Preowned deals when possible and assist sales staff in closing deals

Position Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Preowned Sales Management experience with a proven track record of sourcing and purchasing and maintaining a current and full inventory based on selling trends
A valid OMVIC license
Dealer system experience and Reynolds experience required, or ADP equivalent
A proven record of Sales and Customer satisfactions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft office and or Excel
Must have strong time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Ability to coach and motivate a sales team to meet sales goals and targets
Conduct sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
