ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep yard clean, empty garbage, shovel walkways
Separate and dispose of all brake shoe cores in proper containers
Organize items in the yard and remove those that could be a safety hazard
Picking up parts/delivering parts when required
Operate forklift to assist mobilemechanics to receive and return parts to complete repairs
Provide support to parts staff when required
Other duties and projects as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO QUALITY

Ensure above duties are performed in a timely basis to avoid possible spillage of corrosive and dangerous materials.
Keep walkways free from snow and ice to avoid accidental falls

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Certificate from twoyear College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A valid class G Driver's license
Clean drivers abstract
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions. The noise level is low to moderate.
