Acquafarina is a Michelin Guide fine dining establishment in the heart of downtown nestled on West Georgia Street that specializes in modern Italian cuisine made from scratch Specialized cocktails, all-season outdoor dining, and private dining offer an exquisite culinary experience. We are currently seeking
Bartenders for our Front of the House Team

Responsibilities

Guest service remains a priority and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the bar and dining areas.

Requirements:

2+ years of previous Bartending experience
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player able to prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
Must be familiar with Tock and Squirrel systems.
Must have serving it right
WSET 2/ certification in liquor courses would be considered an asset.
Must have Serving it Right Certification

/ part time (Min 3 days a week)**
