Description

  • Welcoming guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
  • Creative and Knowledgeable in all aspects of drinks and food for recommendations
  • Knowledge of creating syrups, infusions and tinctures to specification.
  • Effient at bar Mise en Place and bar setup
  • Count and take inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering Qualifications
  • SmartServe Certified
  • Proficient in English
  • A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
  • At least 2 years bartending experience in a similar environment
  • Impeccable wine, beer and classic cocktail knowledge
  • Passion for food, beverage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes*
    Job Types: Fulltime, Parttime

Salary:
$15.50-$17.50 per hour
