What you will do...

Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Ensure that information systems practices conform to legal, regulatory and privacy obligations.
Measure and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

What you will bring...

College diploma in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
3+ years' experience managing projects in the financial services industry P&C insurance would be considered an asset.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Project.
PMP and/or PMI designation would be considered an asset.
