Description

Responsibilities:


  • Inventory management
- updating and maintaining inventory status using the Acomba accounting system and company master lists

  • Maintaining excellent relations with suppliers and local jewellers
  • Ordering and processing product shipments and office supplies
  • Overseeing production (manufacturing to delivery to client)
  • Keeping track of incoming and outgoing products
  • Attending to clients (welcoming, creating invoices, processing payments)
  • Shipping products via Fedex and Canada Post system (EST) to clients internationally
  • Handling a flash sales website account (communication, taking care of sales)
  • Coordinating local advertising campaigns during major holidays seasons
  • Assisting in the making of jewellery
  • Data entry

Qualifications:


  • Experience in the jewelry industry
  • Knowledge of small business management
  • Experience in inventory systems
  • English/French bilingualism (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizing and followup skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated to learn

Rémunération : 18,00$ à 25,00$ par heure

  • Du Lundi au Vendredi
