TransferEASE Relocation Inc. Is a Global Relocation Services Company located in Mississauga looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role supports the day-today operation of the relocation team by assisting to manage their corporate caseload.Primary Responsibilities
- Administrative responsibilities linked to the relocation process
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate supplier data
- Following up with suppliers to ensure that their reports are received
- Creating reports to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met for each client
- Entering information into our system to ensure that customer files are comprehensive and up to date
- Examining real estate transaction papers for correctness and completeness
- Assisting with a variety of duties as assigned by relocation consultants or the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong Written and Oral Communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and/or in a group setting
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Detail oriented
- Real Estate, Relocation or Property Management experience is preferred.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$38,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
