As a
Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for the following:

Ensure breakfast is prepared and served on time daily according to breakfast demand
Replenish food, beverage and condiments during breakfast hours
Clean/organize tables and chairs during breakfast service
Take apart breakfast function space and keep organized in storage room
Ensure all garbage and recycling bins are emptied and cleaned
Sterilize and clean food and beverage items including dishes, silverware and glasses for next day service
Maintain excellent levels of customer service
Address guest concerns in a positive and professional manner, with a focus on continuous improvement
Follow health and safety practices
Monitor usage of food ingredients and minimize waste
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Required to work early mornings, weekends, holidays and on occasion be available to cover shifts.
Punctual and reliable shift begins at 6am daily.
Have a reliable method of transportation to the Hotel, or lives within walking distance.
Previous experience working in a kitchen or other food operations.
Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time.
Smart Serve Certification and Food Handler's certification preferred.
