Pennine Security Solutions is a leading security provider specializing in Residential / Condominium security. At Pennine we strive for excellence and are searching for individuals who share the same values.

We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented and customer service driven
Mobile Security Supervisor to provide continuity of management services for day and overnight shifts as scheduled bi-weekly.


Site:
Residential Condominiums in and around the GTA


Job Type:
Full Time


Compensation rate:
$19.00 to $20.00 per hour


For insurance purposes, applicants must be over 25 years old and MUST possess a valid G Class Driver's License

If you have the following:


  • A Valid Security Guard License
  • A valid, clean G class Driver's License
  • A Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain a Pennine Security Solutions Patrol Vehicle
  • Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Ability to walk, run, stand for long periods, climbing stairs and lifting objects (30 to 45 Lbs)
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to deescalate situations effectively
  • Exceptional report writing and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct inspections of staff (Quality Control), which include, but not limited to uniforms, hygiene, reports, patrols, customer service etc.
  • Ability to administer coaching or disciplinary actions that have been initiated by office management
  • Excellent knowledge of security procedures & protocols
  • Keen surveillance/observational skills
  • Keep calm in an emergency
  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
