The

Project Manager Assistant (PMA) will work out of our Langley location (training will take place in our Abbotsford office). Typical working hours would be 8:30am to 5pm.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating communication between trades, customers, adjusters, project managers, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliances are completed in a timely manner
  • Organizing job files and seeing them through start to finish
  • Prepare and send quotes and invoices
  • Regular followup for required document signoffs
  • Scheduling repair work and sending applicable Work Orders/Purchase Orders

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Assisting with phone coverage for incoming calls
  • Communicating with customers (insureds, adjusters, property managers, etc.)
  • Follow guidelines and standards set both internally and externally (by various Insurance companies we work with)
  • Follow up with all parties involved on a file (internal and external)
  • Generate and send various reports within our software systems

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Ability to work in sensitive situations

  • Good typing (min. 50 WPM) and grammar
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of construction industry and verbiage an asset
