    this is a one year contract mat leave coverage opportunity*Positions Overview:As a Total Rewards & HRIS Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and administering benefits and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) processes within our organization.

    Your role involves ensuring that employees receive competitive rewards, maintaining accurate HR data and supporting various HR initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness enrollment processes and address benefits-related inquiries.compliance with all relevant policies and distribute required benefit enrolment Sun Life enrolment tool (opening enrolment for new hires, life events, etc.)Finance with monthly benefit reconciliation & validate HRIS file from Sun Life.payments for premiums for associates that are on leave of absence.

    RRSP enrolments and enter contribution remit bi-weekly Manulife contribution files.changes in benefits to employees.guidance on benefit enrollment, eligibility, and related matters.employees with inquiries regarding their rewards analyze data related to benefits and rewards.reports for management and HR teams.communication changes in benefits to employees with our communications department.workshops or training sessions on total reward issues and collaborate with IT or vendors (SNOW first point of contact for payroll system password integrity by validating and auditing HRIS records.opportunities to enhance HR processes through system HRIS implementation and enhancements when as assigned.


    Requirements:3-5 years of related in Human Resources or PCP designation is theory, principles and practices of total rewards, compensation, pay structure design and development, short term / long term incentive Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat with advanced Excel skills.organization and mathematical to attention to detail.

    Wage Range: 55,000 – 60,000 base salary


    Please note that, whilst not expected, the company may pay at a rate outside of the range for this role where appropriate.

    Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors. The advertised salary range relates to Ontario and is provided in accordance with the Ontario Pay Transparency Act.

    We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of Ontario.
