We are looking for an experienced
Collision Centre Manager to join our growing team.
We will also consider an experienced Production Manager or Estimator that is ready to take the next step in their successful career You will play a crucial role in leading a team of associates who facilitate the completion of work required to reunite clients with repaired or restored vehicles.
Leveraging your extensive leadership skills and knowledge of the vehicle repair process, you will be accountable for meeting the collision centre's annual financial performance goals.

Your day-to-day:
- Manage daytoday business operations to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categories
- Oversee workflow within the collision center to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency
- Celebrate team successes and cultivate a positive culture of excellence
- Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate department goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success
- Hire, train and manage collision center associate performance
- Own providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients
- Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and collects funds for repair work
- Write estimates and provide ongoing coaching to the estimating team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters at several insurance companies
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Centre Manager, or experience in a Production Manager or Estimator role and ready to take the next step in your career
- Post-Secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal/written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decisionmakers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent skills in word, excel, and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
- Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving history
