    As a Quality Management Representative, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Quality Management team / MD Operations in Ottawa, Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

    Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Regularly perform time sensitive quality checks and reviews that conform to the business practices and standards, to provide risk prevention and process effectiveness including assigned cases and requests, and internally produced reporting.
  • Update documentation such as procedures, processes, work instructions, and job aids that support building a strong governance culture that can be shared across business groups
  • Perform error trend analysis and identification of error remediation recommendations and report to peers and the MD Operations leadership group on a regular basis
  • Track processing deficiencies and report outcomes within defined timelines
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements that span the Quality Management team and other groups in MD Operations, providing solutions that combine leading discussions, openly expressing ideas, collaboration, organizational planning, ownership, and resolving differences
  • Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • University degree, College diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2 years' experience in office administration, preferably in a related field
  • Experience with client relationship management tools
  • Experience in business reporting and preparing business documentation
  • The ability to work effectively with others to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Flexibility to prioritize critical tasks within daily defined timelines
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Sound capacity to assess, develop and monitor complex business processes
