About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing accounts by promoting, selling, and securing product orders using a relationship-based approach.
Major Responsibilities
- This is a hunting and farming role responsible for cultivating relationships with current customers and seeking opportunities with new leads
- Provide account support and perform regularly scheduled calls to assigned accounts
- Grow account sales and profitability
- Address customer queries and concerns
- Inform customers of promotions, offers, and new and upgraded product lines
- Team up with other Province Electric sales specialists where appropriate to leverage total solution capability
- Provide assistance and product support to customers when required
- Attend scheduled sales meetings
- Attend manufacturer's training when provided
- Strive for continuous growth and improvement
- Keep abreast of new products and pricing trends in the market
- Perform special projects as requested
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience working in the electrical industry
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong Industry knowledge
- Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions
- Understanding of wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Possesses strong relationshipbuilding skills to cultivate and build customer loyalty
- Must be proactive and highly motivated
- Resourceful with good problemsolving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Superb written, verbal, and communication skills
- Must be results orientated and possess the ability to work independently and in a team
