Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community-setting services.

We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist that is customer-centric and will be the go-to IT person in troubleshooting and problem solving any issue that may arise within CTG's technical and infrastructure environment for our Healthcare Home Support Worker Project and its participants.

This is a 7-month contract hybrid position based out of our head office in Mississauga.

What you'll be doing:

Configure and support of Apple devices (iPhone and iPads) using MDM solutions
Support business systems like Microsoft O365, CRM Dynamics, Clarity, NAV etc.
Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components

Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks

Skills needed for success:

Experience in providing technical support in information systems
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products.
Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, and server and desktop technologies.
You are customercentric in all things you do. Including building strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Impeccable communication skills which include interacting with people across all levels, being adept in business writing, and being detailed in notetaking.
