Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community-setting services.


We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist that is customer-centric and will be the go-to IT person in troubleshooting and problem solving any issue that may arise within CTG's technical and infrastructure environment for our Healthcare Home Support Worker Project and its participants.

This is a 7-month contract hybrid position based out of our head office in Mississauga.


What you'll be doing:


  • Configure and support of Apple devices (iPhone and iPads) using MDM solutions
  • Support business systems like Microsoft O365, CRM Dynamics, Clarity, NAV etc.
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components

  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks

Skills needed for success:


  • Experience in providing technical support in information systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, and server and desktop technologies.
  • You are customercentric in all things you do. Including building strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Impeccable communication skills which include interacting with people across all levels, being adept in business writing, and being detailed in notetaking.
