Your Opportunity
Your Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputs all routine data entry and updates data into HR Management system (Oracle) using appropriate quality control methods following the HR data entry process documents.
- Analyse gaps between requirements / data entry processes and standards as well as system issues, determine and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Point of contact for troubleshooting issues relating to critical Oracle/ Data related inquiries.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless data flow and timeliness of data entry.
- Proactively review/ maintain and update the Data entry processes/ user guides / internal training plans and tools to reflect the regular process/ workflow change.
- Produce data reports, conducts regular audits, reconciliation checks and validation activities to ensure data quality and integrity and make recommendations in consultation with the supervisor.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions on technical or complex issues, develop tools and unique processes to enhance Data workflows.
- May work on data entry projects on daily basis and year end activities.
- Provide general data entry support across many teams on an adhoc basis.
- May perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is required for this role.
- Proven organizational and time management skills with exceptional follow through. You demonstrate flexibility and dependability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a large team across many different countries and time zones.
- Strong professional customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Knowledge of Human Resources general policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of Data sciences and information management principles.
- An ability to work independently and develop and plan based on work assigned in terms of objectives.
- Be able to manage a heavy workload, large data processing with excellent attention to detail.
- SQL and Python programming skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of HRIS (preferably Oracle/ HCM) or DBMS is preferred.
Education and Experience
- Postsecondary degree/diploma or certificate in a field of study related to analytics, technology, or data management, or equivalent workrelated experience.
- 35 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience in data analytics, data sciences, information management or technology.
- Proficient with advanced Excel, and PowerBI (Power Query, DAX, Visualizations).
