Your opportunity:

Our Thunder Bay office is looking for a
Corporate Projects Specialist to join our team

This individual will also own the following responsibilities:

  • Support Senior leadership in achieving operational goals and implementing policies
  • Develop a solid understanding of the firm's cost structure and business model
  • Assist in leading strategic group initiatives to support the development of Corporate vision
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling & organizing meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports as required
  • Solicit input from and coordinate with firm leadership to track, monitor, and follow the progress of projects, action items, and business strategies that emanate from the Service Line Leaders and their teams
  • Prepare reports for Senior leadership regarding project status and keep leadership informed of project direction and renegotiate direction as necessary
  • Deliver executive presentations regarding project direction and recommendations to Senior leadership in the group and organization

Your experience and education**- You have a minimum of 2+ years of working experience in an administrative or similar role.

  • You have a Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
  • You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You are highly organized with the ability to manage and track multiple demands.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to clearly and articulately identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.
  • You have proven project management success with a strong track record of ontime, onbudget, and tospecification delivery of projects and experience.
