  • As the Raw Materials Team Lead, you will support in all day to day operations in Raw Materials to ensure smooth operations of the Warehouse and excellent delivery for internal and external customers. You support your colleagues in solving more complex problems and step in for the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.

Meet your future team:Under the guidance and supervision of Warehouse Supervisor, you will work with and support Materials Handlers and collaborate with other key contributors in Planning.


If you were the Warehouse Team Lead now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • You receive, store, pick and distribute materials for production at Arc'One and other locations as needed
  • You conduct inventory counting for raw materials residing in the warehouse on time and accurately
  • You conduct daily/weekly workload schedule and manpower arrangement according to the guidance of the Supervisor
  • You continuously improve efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations
  • You assist warehouse supervisor to lead the team's daytoday activities and ensure targets are achieved
  • You stock the materials into its respective areas and organize and replenish the levels of raw materials to ensure picking accuracy, prevent shortages and optimize space utilization
  • You conduct forklift and other equipment maintenance
  • You ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the stock security, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse
  • You facilitate effective and productive communications within the team to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate with QC team to ensure quality and quantities of raw materials requiring inspections are correct before sending them to the right location matching the material LPs
  • You follow Company regulations and procedures to uphold the Company's quality and safety standards
  • You take on other duties and projects as assigned

Here are some things you could be working on in the future:

  • You support the transition from current system to SAP system
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders to provide additional assistance to the production floor with materials sorting when required
  • You use data to identify possible ways for improvements and reduce errors to increase quality and efficiency

Are you our next Warehouse Team Leader?:

  • You have 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably with raw materials
  • You are familiar with general warehouse operations and have the basic knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • You have strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • You have high attention to details
  • You can work well independently and efficiently without direct supervision and to work effectively as a team
  • You can work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • You have excellent organizational skills and flexibility
  • You are willing to share your knowledge and train other team members
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with difficult situation with tact and professionalism
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You can balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You have CSA approved steel toe footwear
$ $29.50 an hour

  • A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$ CAD$29.50 hourly at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as jobrelated skills, relevant experience, and/or training.


Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
